  • Description

I don’t know where I will be or what I want to do in five years, but until I figure it out, I want to see the world and try out as many things as possible. As much as I enjoy listening to other people’s stories, I want to make my own.

I love hiking, mountains, seashores, lakes, and all of nature’s beauty. With good company, I also enjoy city sightseeing, especially with a local guide who can share all the legends and myths of a place. As for sports, besides hiking, I enjoy wall climbing, although I try to be responsible when I see a pretty rock or tree, and don’t climb outside without proper equipment, usually.

I like reading and watching fantasy shows, and I love theatre—I have done amateur acting. At home, I’m a DIY person who could never settle for a bought pencil holder, clock, or necklace holder. So all practical little things beware, because I will remake them into something less functional but definitely a lot prettier! The majority of my clothes are thrifted or made by me. I love sewing and designing my own clothes, or doing little touch-ups and alterations to existing ones, even if that results in some questions from my friends.

According to my degree, I am a mechatronics engineer, but I found the field wasn’t creative enough for me. Professionally, I designed escape rooms as part of a great team, creating logic puzzles, immersive stories, and magical furniture capable of doing surprising things on its own.

I have experience teaching children one-on-one in maths and IT. For five years, I volunteered at MEDVE, where we ran math camps for kids and taught outside traditional classrooms, always with the goal of making maths fun and interesting. I also organized and led many non-math related activities at these camps.

During high school, I volunteered at a local bilingual nursery, where I mostly played with children and made sure everyone stayed safe.

I enjoy sewing, and the clothes I make survive the washing machine and daily wear, though so far I have only created pieces for myself.
