  • Description

I consider myself a blend of various interests and skills, coming together in a unique personality. One thing that often surprises people is that I'm a non-activist vegan with a deep love for all kinds of animals. I apologize in advance if I get too excited about your pet and greet them before you – it's just stronger than me. I respect everyone's life choices and don't intend to convert anyone to veganism; I simply do my own thing with my veggies.

I have a strong passion for outdoor sports. Recently, I've been living on a small island in Thailand, where I've developed skills in climbing and diving. I worked primarily in hospitality, creating unique experiences for customers. I learned various skills, including barista, bartender, manager, photographer, promoter, DJ, hiking/snorkel/paddleboard guide, and slackline teacher. I'm good with people of all ages, and my natural interest in languages makes it easier to connect with others. I know some words in some languages like Burmese, Thai, Hebrew, Dutch, Greek, Danish and Russian.

Before my time in Thailand, I immersed myself in the tech world, learning various programming languages, both front-end and back-end. I'm a fast typist and skilled with computers, games, and tech in general. I can handle 'office' work with Excel files, web development, data, machine learning, typewriting, and translation. More than five years ago, I worked as an Investment Funds Analyst at an investment bank. I left the corporate world to explore the globe but remain interested in tech for meaningful projects.

I spent over two years in a community in Germany after leaving Brazil, where I acquired numerous skills, including gardening, animal care, web development, and construction. During this time, I discovered my passions for baking and cooking. With more than a year of experience working in a bakery, I learned all steps of production and managed to deliver 300-1000 pieces of bread daily from 15-30 different recipes. Baking and cooking vegan food feels like therapy to me, and I enjoy making it for friends. In the evenings, I cooked almost every night with friends in an industrial kitchen inside a house where up to 100 volunteers from around the world lived. This experience gave me a different perspective on food and deepened my passion for cooking.

  • What else ...

For my next adventure, I would love to find a place close to nature and animals, where I can immerse myself in the local culture and practice my Italian. I intend to live in Italy for a while and eventually start the process for Italian citizenship. I believe this is only possible after building relationships and reaching a mutual agreement. I prefer slow-paced travel, staying at least two weeks in one place to build relationships and have a meaningful experience. I'm not interested in moving frequently.
I'm a hard worker, calm and open-minded person with good social skills, curious about everything life has to offer. My only expectation from our exchange is clear, honest, and calm communication because that's what you'll get from me. So any question just let me know!
