Hi, I'm Giovanni, I'm 23 y.o. and I live in Milan, I’m a sensitive and polite person with a strong passion for traveling. After studying and working in the hospitality industry, I decided to take a break and challenge myself outside of my comfort zone.
I chose Workaway because I believe in cultural exchange and the opportunity to grow through new experiences, people, and knowledge. I want to learn from environments that are different from my own, while also offering help where I can be useful.
I have experience working with children, as I’m a basketball coach, and I also have skills in organizational management. I enjoy working outdoors and being in contact with nature. I speak Italian, English, and a bit of Spanish. I’m comfortable working in a team, but I’m also capable of working independently.
I’m a calm and respectful person who knows how to adapt and share common spaces. I love nature, deep conversations, and good food. I always try to bring a smile and a positive attitude with me.
I hope to learn new practical skills, improve my foreign languages, and build meaningful connections with people from different cultures. I truly believe that every experience leaves a mark, and I can’t wait to get started!

I’ve been a basketball coach for almost 10 years, and I have experience leading physical activities, especially with young people. I enjoy motivating others and working as part of a team. Whenever I get the chance, I love to do pet sitting—I really enjoy taking care of animals.
After finishing school, I studied to become a massage therapist. I don’t mind cleaning and organizing when needed—I’m detail-oriented and like to take care of spaces and things around me.
When I was a child, I wanted to be a hairdresser. I often cut my dad’s hair, so I know how to give haircuts and do long braids.
I’m not very experienced with repairs, but I’m always willing to learn and help with a positive attitude.
I believe that a good mindset and the willingness to learn are just as important as skills!

I love playing, talking about, and studying all kinds of sports. I’m curious to learn new ones and enjoy teaching the ones I know. I also like listening to different kinds of music or spending time playing board games or cards.
