Hello! We are Gianmarco and Eleonora (27 and 29 y.o.) from Southern Italy. We have been together since 2014. Gianmarco is a web developer and a sportsperson; I (Eleonora) got two degrees in Foreign Languages and Cultures in the last three years and I’m a languages’ tutor.

We love living a healthy lifestyle surrounded by nature and doing sports. As Italians, we are passionate about good food and we are excellent cooks (Gianmarco makes delicious pizza!). Our greatest passion, however, lies in traveling, exploring new cultures, and discovering stimulating places around the world.

Recently, we've had the opportunity to visit countries like Spain, France, England, and Turkey. Our dream is to live while traveling and see as many places in the world as possible. This allows us to satisfy our thirst for knowledge and unique experiences.

We are fascinated by foreign languages; in this respect, Eleonora has studied Arabic, English, and Spanish. I (Gianmarco) have recently started studying Arabic as well, but I would also love to learn Chinese.

We enjoy the bustling energy of metropolises, but at the same time, we value the tranquility of the countryside. The idea of becoming workawayers excites us tremendously because it offers us the opportunity to travel and fully immerse ourselves in different cultures.

We are eager to contribute our skills and passion for food, language, and sports to create meaningful connections with the people we encounter along our journey. We are open to new experiences and look forward to sharing special moments with local communities.

We are sociable, respectful individuals who are ready to take on challenges. We are grateful for the opportunities that Workaway provides and are excited to embark on this adventure. Cleaning and organizing? Consider it done! With our combined efforts, we can transform any messy space into a tidy oasis. We take pride in our attention to detail and make sure everything is spotless and in its proper place.

But where we truly shine is in the kitchen. Cooking is our passion, and we excel at it. Whether it's experimenting with new recipes or recreating old family favorites, we are a culinary force to be reckoned with. My girlfriend and I share a variety of hobbies that keep us entertained and fulfilled. One of our favorite pastimes is indulging in captivating movies. We appreciate the art of storytelling and lose ourselves in the world of cinema.

In addition to our love for films, we have a deep appreciation for all forms of art. Whether it's visiting galleries or exploring street art, we find inspiration in the creative expressions of talented individuals.

Staying active is also a priority for us. We enjoy challenging ourselves physically, whether through rigorous workouts or outdoor activities. I, personally, am passionate about calisthenics and find solace in yoga and meditation. And yes, from time to time, we do enjoy the occasional video game session to unwind and have fun.

When it comes to our culinary adventures, we are avid food enthusiasts. We love experimenting in the kitchen, trying new recipes, and creating delicious meals. The satisfaction of cooking and sharing a delightful dish is truly unmatched.

Interestingly, we both have a fondness for physical work. I work as a programmer, diving into the world of coding and problem-solving, while my girlfriend is a language teacher, sharing her passion for languages and helping others learn.

Together, we embrace the richness of our hobbies and the diversity they bring to our lives. It's a beautiful blend of creativity, physical activity, intellectual pursuits, and the joy of exploring new horizons. We cherish the unique qualities and skills we each bring to the table, making our journey together all the more enriching.
