  • Description

Hi, my name is Gabrielle, some people call me Leela. I am from the italian part of Switzerland, I have been living outside my country for more than 10 years now .
8 years ago I thought I would continue my travels around the world but I ended up settling in Greece where I started a whole psychotherapy process which brought me to become a therapist myself.

My main characteristic is probably curiosity, I like to meet new people, learn new things, understand the depths of cultures and traditions. I love to totally merge with a new environment and I easily adapt to a new kind of lifestyle. I especially love to listen to people and hear their stories. I am seeking for places where I can connect to nature, stay in silence sometimes, relax, disconnect from the the city and modern technologies, feel the connection to mother earth, rediscover a simple, authentic life. And also I am really eager to discover new ideas and projects that can inspire hope of creating a better world.

  • More details about your skills

I like learning a little bit of everything, so I can be very flexible in the help I can give. I can teach languages (even if i'm not good in grammar). I especially love working outside, in the farm and in the garden. I like painting and I am good at basics DIY jobs. As my family had a hut in the mountains in Switzerland I learned how to light a fire, chop wood and some basic building skills.
I can be hardworking when needed but I also like to rest a lot (and I am not really a morning person...).
I also really love kids (I have been doing a lot of babysitting) and activities in the house like cooking.
I can also offer some therapeutic sessions (as an exchange for example) if you are interested in body-oriented psychotherapy and in inner child therapy.
I also really like to start new projects and brainstorm new ideas, to listen to what people have to share, to get a global overview of the situation and to organise together and action-plan.

    37

  • What else ...

I am flexible and polyvalent and I adapt easily to the different situations I might find. I am also flexible concerning food. I am looking to be in touch with real and simple human contact and this is why I am travelling with the idea of being flexible and not complicated at all. The only thing is that lately I had some sleep issues and difficulty falling asleep, so I really like to have a quiet space for sleeping and resting.
