We spent winter 2023/24 running Alikat's flagship Chalet Debussy in Morzine (french alps). This chalet offers the pinnacle of luxury to the most discerning guests. At the chalet we offered a fully catered expeirence with cocktails & canapes every evening and a 7 course taster menu for the finale evening. Our responsibilities included: Housekeeping, Catering, Guest chauffer service, Food shopping, Booking guest activities, stock taking & inventories, Assisting guests with kit hire and slope emergencies not to mention getting the kids ready for ski school in the mornings! The google maps reviews for chalet Debussy will confirm our dedication to a high level of service.

In the summer we run the build operations for a luxury boutique glamping company who specialise in erecting and furnishing Lotus belle tents at music festivals across the UK. As build manager Gabriel routinely operates heavy plant machinery including forklifts, telehandlers and large goods vehicles. Anna as the interiors manager is responsible for maintaining the highest standard for the furnishing of the tents & bringing a touch of luxury to the field. Together we are solely responsible for everything from planning & running the build site, to looking after the wellbeing of all crew members. We communicate efficiently, adapt to changing factors with ease, motivate ourselves and others to get the job done in all conditions. All with a smile on our face and a skip in our step.

What else ...

We are both very keen snowboarders! Actually most board sports get our juices flowing.

We love card games like Monopoly Deals and Dobble. Bananagrams is also an elite game and all three will be in our luggage. Any MarioKart challengers, bring your A game ;)

We love music and have a spotify playlist for every vibe and occasion, gabriel is a keen DJ and does not need much of an excuse to spin some tunes.
