I arrived in Sydney about 2 years ago. I currently doing a slow solo journey across Australia, exploring the land for the rest of the year.
I have an IT background, but for the past 4 years, I've been drifting away from software development to explore other things such as cooking, drawing, and storytelling.
In 2020, I spent one year doing activism in Italy, being part of a transfeminist collective. I tend to consider myself as quite an open-minded person. I like to listen and learn about different points of view, ideas, and ways to do things. I have some strong opinions, but I’m usually open to discussions.
From this trip, I’m looking for a “Bildungsroman”, making my way through the country, learning about the land and its people, while reconnecting with some parts of myself that have gone a bit lost, practicing self-care, and finding out what my real needs are. I have an artistic soul and usually enjoy spending time with creative and artistic people, whom I hope to meet during this journey. I have good practical skills and tend to consider myself a hard worker. It's important to me to have a good balance of work and free time that leaves me time for self-care and my projects.
I would like to find artists that need help with their projects. I'm particularly curious about sculpture but don't have any experience with it.
I like exercising daily in the morning, and in particular, I enjoy running.
