Hello there!
I’m Freya, 19 years old from Hamburg in Germany!
Curretly I am studying special education and sports at university which i really enjoy, but i also have so many other interests like gardening and permaculture, community building and so much more!
Thats why i want to use the semester break to explore new places, get to form enriching connections to inspiring people, practice different languages and maybe even have a good impact in this world.
I am a vegan and animal lover, and I like spending most of my time outdoors, if possible. Generally I would describe myself as an open-minded, social person who enjoys spending time with old or new friends, no matter if it’s a night in playing cards or going to concerts etc. I am capable and willing to adapt to different surroundings and situations, open to lending you a hand in all sorts of tasks, whatever is needed at your place!:)

German is my mother tongue and I am fluent in English after learning since I was 5 years old and traveling to different countries like Australia. I have began learning french in school 9 years ago and kept practicing ever since . I was tought Spanish for 3 years in school and would love to improve!

Growing up I was always surrounded by Horses, Dogs, Chickens and other Animals and my parents are both working vets also i have done some workaways at (off grid) farms and communities. Thats why I enjoy working around all sorts of animals and also am used to working in the gardens. My personal interest involve Arts and Crafts and cooking (I’m vegan, but to each his/her own). Because of my work in a school I am experienced in working with groups of children, also those with special needs! I
