I am a curious and open-hearted traveler who finds happiness in simple, meaningful things such as caring for animals, being close to the nature, moving my body, and connecting with people from different cultures. I am motivated by learning, personal growth and exchanging experiences in a respectful and calm environment.
As a physiotherapist, I enjoy supporting others and bringing mindfulness into everyday life. Now traveling as a backpacker allows me to slow down, practice languages, and truly experience places beyond tourism.
I am new to Workaway, but I have previous experience as an au pair, where I lived with host families, helped care for children, supported daily routines and became part of family life. This taught me responsibility, adaptability and clear communication skills I now bring with me on my travels. I am excited to exchange experiences, help where I am needed and grow through shared everyday life.

I am 26 years old and bring a wide range of life and work experience with me. I am a qualified physiotherapist with both vocational training and academic studies, and I have also completed a yoga teacher training. Through my profession I have developed strong skills in body awareness, health, movement, patience and empathetic communication skills that are useful in many everyday situations.
Languages are one of my passions. I speak German (native), English and French (B2), and I am currently learning Spanish. I enjoy language exchange and would be happy to teach or practice German or English with others.
From a young age, I learned to take responsibility. I grew up with three younger siblings and supported my parents in caring for them, which taught me reliability, organization and calmness in busy environments. I also have experience working with children as a summer camp team leader and later as an au pair, living with host families and supporting daily routines.
Before and during my studies, I worked in various fields including gastronomy, a gas station and the postal service, which made me adaptable, hardworking and comfortable with different kinds of tasks. I am not afraid to help wherever needed whether it is caring for children or animals, keeping things clean and organized, or supporting household and garden tasks.
Creativity is important to me. I play the piano, enjoy creative work, love animals and feel at home when I can combine practical help with meaningful exchange. I am always happy to learn new skills and share my positive energy, curiosity and sense of responsibility with the people I live and work with.
