I'm Franzi and I'm currently travelling through South America! The continent has fascinated me for a long time, and I'm very happy that I'm able to make my second journey through the many impressive countries here.
Whenever I'm travelling, I'm particularly interested in experiencing the culture and people of a country up close. I believe that you only really get to know a country when you spend more time there and get into contact with the locals. That's why I'm looking forward to experiencing exactly that through Workaway: living in a new place for a while, working there and really getting to know the country and its people!
I am an open person and enjoy being surrounded by other people. I'm up for any activity: hiking, going to a bar, playing games - it all sounds great! I generally enjoy being out and about in nature, I'm adventurous and active. Good music is always part of the equation! :)

I am studying for a Master's degree in teaching and have almost completed my studies. My studies and many associated internships have given me extensive teaching skills. I really enjoy working with children and young people and have always received positive feedback.
I have also completed numerous holiday and temporary jobs in which I had to fulfil very different tasks. I have always found it easy to adapt to the new working environment and activities, which is why I would say that I am a quick learner and adaptable.
I also really like languages and speak German, English and Spanish fluently.

What else ...

I'm really looking forward to joining the Workaway community and making new local contacts!
My favourite things to do in my spare time are playing card games, trying out new cafes, going to concerts (both classical and non-classical music), making music myself (I play the violin) or crafting - maybe we can do some of that together soon!
