Sea lover and simple living enthusiast, learning sailing, permaculture and bioarchitecture. Passionate about freediving, snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, nature walks and language learning.

Description

After three beautiful months in Italy volunteering in a hotel restaurant, a restoration construction project, a permaculture farm, and a sailing school in Sardinia, I’m now heading to Panama in search of new adventures.
I love being close to the ocean — freediving, snorkeling, swimming, or sailing. The sea always feels like home to me.

I really enjoy learning new skills, working with my hands, and being part of community projects that connect people with nature.
I’m interested in eco-living, marine life, and sustainable tourism, and I’d love to keep learning more about life at sea, boats, and coastal conservation.
I speak Spanish and Italian fluently, and my English is good (just needs a bit of practice).
I’m easygoing, responsible, and adaptable — and I enjoy sharing experiences and stories with people from different cultures.

Now I’m looking for projects in Panama (and maybe nearby islands!) where I can learn, help, and keep growing close to the ocean. 🌊


Después de tres meses hermosos en Italia, donde hice voluntariados en un restaurante de hotel, una obra de restauración, una finca de permacultura y una escuela de vela en Cerdeña, ahora estoy viajando a Panamá en busca de nuevas aventuras.
Me encanta estar cerca del mar — haciendo apnea, snorkeling, nadando o navegando. El océano siempre fue mi lugar de conexión.
Disfruto mucho aprender cosas nuevas, trabajar con las manos y ser parte de proyectos comunitarios que promueven una vida más simple y en contacto con la naturaleza.
Me interesan especialmente los proyectos relacionados con la vida sostenible, el turismo responsable, la conservación marina y la navegación.

Hablo español e italiano con fluidez, y tengo un buen nivel de inglés.
Soy una persona tranquila, responsable, adaptable y con muchas ganas de compartir experiencias y aprender de otras culturas.
Ahora busco proyectos en Panamá (y alrededores) donde pueda seguir aprendiendo, ayudar y crecer cerca del mar. 🌊
