Hi,

Jonathan and Felix here, two 18-year-old friends from Berlin, Germany, excited about the opportunity to join your project. The idea of contributing to meaningful work, learning new skills, and immersing ourselves in a different culture is exactly what inspires us to travel. Whether it’s gardening, building, or caring for animals, we’re eager to roll up our sleeves and help out.

Our journey will take us through several countries in Central America, and we’re looking for hosts who share our values of sustainability, community, and cultural exchange. This adventure isn’t just about seeing new places; it’s about connecting with people, gaining hands-on experience, and leaving a positive impact wherever we go. Ready to tackle any tasks you might need, we’re happy to assist with planting trees, maintaining gardens, or helping out with creative projects.

Between the two of us, we have solid experience with construction, having worked together on house-building projects in Greece (plastering, painting, and even a bit of electrical work—no accidents, promise). Caring for animals is also something we’re familiar with. Both of us have dogs we love, and Felix regularly looks after six horses, taking care of feeding, general maintenance, and their well-being. Gardening projects, mulching, and other hands-on work have been part of our routine, always tackled with dedication and a good sense of humor.

Taking on challenges is something we enjoy. Planting and pruning? Approached with care and enthusiasm. Feeding animals? Done with responsibility and attention to their needs. Building or repairing? We’re resourceful, motivated, and quick to learn. Whatever the task, our goal is to contribute effectively and grow from the experience.

Learning is what drives us the most. The chance to exchange knowledge, trade skills, and immerse ourselves in a new way of life excites us. Sharing what we know about gardening, building, and cooking while gaining insights from you is something we look forward to. This journey is all about connecting with local culture and creating meaningful memories.
