Hello everyone, I'm Federica, I am 28 years old and I live in Italy, specifically in Abruzzo.
I recently decided to leave my job, after 9 years in the office I realized that I need to discover the world, 2025 will be a year dedicated to travel and new experiences.
I am an opened-minded person, I adapt to situations and I like meeting new people, new cultures and traditions. I love traveling and discovering new places. I have an intermediate level of English, I'm studying to reach an higher level and I would like to use Workaway also to improve my knowledge of this language, as well as making new friends, offering my help and increasing my cultural level.

I am a versatile person with a variety of skills which are useful in various areas. I love cooking and taking care of children, and I am also a great companion for the elderly. I am comfortable with animals and can handle household chores effectively. I am good at using computers and I enjoy participating in social activities. I am also very interested in gardening.

I have a lot of hobbies. I like reading books, watching movies and TV series. I love keeping fit so I prefer a balanced diet and a constant workout, both useful for my well-being. I love nature, the sea, the mountains and be outdoor, they also contribute to my psycho-physical well-being as they project in me a sense of satisfaction. I practice meditation almost every day, it's an activity that I have been doing for a few months but it has now became fundamental for me because it helps me to focus on my ideas, clear my thoughts and live in the present. I love music very much, I listen to it every day and several hours a day. I am very intererested in learning new skills and connecting to new coltures. I like studying new language, in fact, currently, I am improving my English taking lessons and incuding it in my every day routine. I have a strong interest in the animal world, I currently have a cat but in the past I have had a lot of animals. I spent my childhood in the countryside, my family used to have a farm, so I grew up in the company of various animals and my love for them has grown over the years. I love to travel, I consider myself a citizen of the world, I like meeting new people, I am very interested in discovering new cultures and traditions and I like to taste the culinary delights that every part of the world has the opportunity to offer, it's easy for me to adapt to new environments.
