My name is Fakhreddine, and I’m truly passionate about community work, sustainable development, and personal transformation through sport.

I have over eight years of experience in the non-profit sector, leading and managing impactful projects. I’ve served as President of JCI Rabat in 2023, and I’m currently the Vice President of Eden Maroc, a non-profit organization that supports rural cooperatives, promotes literacy, and develops community-based tourism initiatives across Morocco.

Alongside my volunteer commitments, I also hold a permanent position as an accountant in a public institution in Morocco, where I’ve strengthened my skills in organization, responsibility, and financial management.

Another major part of my journey is running. Since 2018, it has become a source of mental clarity, emotional strength, and resilience for me. I’m now a marathon runner, and I believe that running, like life, is about moving forward (one step at a time) towards the best version of ourselves.

I have strong experience in project management, particularly in the non-profit sector, with over eight years of active involvement. I have held leadership roles within JCI Rabat, including serving as President in 2023, and I currently serve as Vice President of the Eden Maroc association, where I lead initiatives in sustainable tourism, literacy, and support for rural cooperatives. Through these experiences, I have developed key skills in leadership, team coordination, administrative and financial management, as well as community engagement and communication. Additionally, my position as an accounting officer in a public institution has strengthened my abilities in planning, budgeting, and organizational rigor.
