I'm living in a small community in the countryside and we grow our own vegetables, we have a big Park we take care of and we have funny chicken. We do a lot by ourselfs, like repairing things, take care of the cistern who flushes our toilets and washing mashines.
Apart from that, I also take care of the 3 children of our community now and then and organising events in our Park like a jazz concert or exhibition with local artists.
As a cultural manager I built up different projects. The biggest one is an artist centre for people with mental impairments. There I work as CEO at the moment. I also built up a big art space with ateliers, events, exhibitions as an interim project. We did almost everything by ourselfs, install walls and electricity, painting, doing fundraising, accounting, organising different events and working at the bar.
There I learned a lot of different skills, from small ones (like how to use different tools) to big one (like how to negotiate with the authorities).
