My name is Evi and I'm a 23-year-old girl from the Netherlands. I'm studying Pedagogical and Educational Sciences. In my free time I love to cook! I like trying new recipes. To compensate for my love for food, I also really like doing sports, like running, spinning, zumba and ice skating. I also like reading, going to museums, drawing, and spending time with my friends.
This summer holiday, I would love to go to Italy for some weeks before starting my master's degree in the Netherlands. I would really like to stay in one of these countries for a longer period of time to experience the lifestyle and culture, try al lot of typical foods, meet and help new people, and to see more of the country. This would be my first Workaway experience, which I'm really excited for!

I have experience with children and disabled children as I currently work in a day care and I've worked with disabled children before at home and at a school. I really enjoy working with children!

What else ...
I love meeting new people from all over the world! I really like spending some time in another country to get to know the country and culture better. I have lived in England and Sweden for some months and I absolutely loved this. In Engeland I worked as a volunteer at a school for disabled children and in Sweden I did a minor for my studies.
I would really like to have more experiences abroad and stay for a longer period of time in a country.
