Morocco - from Jun 2025 until Jul 2025 View allDescription
Dear hosts,
my name is Enya, I am a 23 year-old girl looking for a little adventure for the rest of June and July 2025.
I just finished my Bachelor's degree in psychology and I still have some free time before my Master starts in September. I would love to spend this time in some interesting project, lending a hand whereever you might need it!
Overall, I am open to many types of projects - I am ready to learn something new, make some new friends and have a good time together! :)
I’m an easygoing, uncomplicated, and flexible person who enjoys doing things with my hands—like gardening, sewing, crafting, or painting. I’m very open to new experiences and I love learning about different cultures and languages. In the last few years, I have lived with host families in several countries, completed an Erasmus semester, and traveled a lot. Teamwork has been a big part of all my jobs, and I really enjoy collaborating with others.
I am a down-to-earth and socially conscious person who values ethical responsibility and approaches unfamiliar situations with openness rather than fear. I care about doing meaningful work, especially in projects that serve a greater purpose.Interests

More details about your skills
Overall, I always enjoy a good creative project, so I know a thing or two about sewing, photography, crafting or painting. Recently, I also found my way into gardening a bit.
I have repeatedly helped previous host families to renovate parts of their homes, so I also have some experience with plastering, painting, sanding, redoing fences, cutting hedges and similar activities.
I also enjoy cooking for myself or for family and friends a lot - though I have to say, I do not know much outside the typical european cuisine. Maybe that's something new to learn on my next adventure :)
I have a lot of experience in working with children. Besides learning a lot about pedagogy in my studies, I have worked as an au pair in two different families (in Luxemburg and Italy) and have babysitted weekly in one and the same family for the past three years. The children were all between three and eleven. My responsibilities included spending time with the children, picking them up from school or kindergarten, accompanying them to activities, helping with homework, bedtime routines, and assisting with household tasks. Besides, in my youth I worked as a teamer in several summer camps for children and I worked as a tutor for English and Math. Overall, all these experience have taught me a lot about how to built trust, how to attend to the individual needs of each child and (non-verbal) communication.
I am happy to provide recommendation letters from my host families or the family I babysat for!
I also have a lot of experience with different types of animals. For example, I have been doing horse riding since I was a little kid and helped to organize summer camps with horses with one of my host families. I have also volunteered on an animal rescue station for five weeks.
I speak English fluently and also studied in English for the past few years.
Besides, I speak French at an intermediate level. I learned it at school for many years and after graduating, I spend a few months with a host family in France who I still kindly helps me to improve my French everytime I visit :)
Besides, I took two Italian courses at University, but would still describe my level as beginner.
Either way - I would be very happy to learn something new on my next adventure! :)Age
