Description

I’m Emily, 30 years old, from the UK. I have been lucky enough to have been travelling for the past 5 years, spending most of this time exploring Australia as well as Indonesia, South East Asia and parts of the states.

I have spent time in communities, travelled in a van for 1.5 years living on the land, worked on organic and biodynamic farms and vineyards and in whole food health stores and kitchens.

I have spent time in workaways throughout Australia and in Costa Rica. I would love to continue sharing and exchanging knowledge of working with the land, natural building and community living in general.

I am travelling with a tent so can provide my own place to sleep if this helps.

I’ve worked on multiple farms throughout my time travelling australia which sparked a keen interest in working with the land and understanding this more. I’ve experienced biodynamic organic farming practices and some permaculture practices and would love to expand and share this knowledge!
I also designed and built my own van that I travelled in for 1.5 years and so have a keen interest in woodwork and building projects. I would love to understand natural building processes more and small home community living. I’m super keen and open to learn and help however I can!
As well as this I have plenty of experience working with fresh farm food in kitchens, working as a cook and retreat chef for around a year.

I am passionate about sharing the small moments of life with those I love.
I am a trained vinyasa and yin yoga teacher and I have studied and practice somatic rituals and medication daily.
I love playing backgammon and card games. My happy place is being by the ocean in the day and star gazing by a fire of a night.
