Hi there!
My name is Emma and I´m a 19 year old girl from Germany. Last year I graduated from highschool and decided to travel for 5 months through New Zealand. It was the best time of my life and I am grateful that I was able to meet so many kind people and experience parts of the culture.
Since coming back, I feel the urge to go abroad again. I would love to travel in Europe for a bit in summer, so if you have the same idea, I would love if you text me:)


I would describe myself as a friendly, empathic and open-minded person. I`m always down for a good conversation and board games, but I enjoy going out sometimes as well. During my year off, I hope I´ll be able to expand my comfort zone

I’m really passionate about animals, so I would love to work with them! I grew up with dogs around me and used to ride horses when I was younger.

I worked as a waitress at a coffee shop near my home town for almost a year, before they had to close it. I loved to get in contact with many different people!

I’m also interested in working with people, especially children. I did an internship in a kindergarten and helped taking care of a baby in my family.

During summer break 2022 I worked in a production site at an assembly line.

Currently, I´m a waitress again in a wonderful café and I couldn´t love it more:)

What else ...

I enjoy bouldering, jogging, snowboarding, playing volleyball… actually nearly any kind of movement, although I may not be really good at them:) Additionally, I would love to learn how to surf!!
I took a few surf lessons so far, but I would love to improve!

Reading is another passion of mine and sometimes I spend too much time with it:)
I played the guitar for about 8 years, but decided to quit it. However, I still like to play sometimes and also tried to learn how to play the ukulele.
In general, I'm a really creative person and I love to try out new things. Right now, I'm into crocheting and drawing:)
