Hi there - My name is Emma, I am 28 and I am from Ireland! I am travelling around Australia with my partner Ed (30).

We have been living and working on a petting farm, horse ranch and ATV centre near Cairns since last May. We were looking after 13 horses, 4 ponies, 6 sheep, 3 goats, 1 macaw, 2 lorikeets, 1 duck, 1 peacock, 2 indian ringnecks and 2 alpacas. We also helped look after the herd of around 100 head of cattle. The days were busy but we absolutely loved it!!

Now the time has come for myself and Ed to travel around and see the rest of this beautiful country.

We have 2 gorgeous dogs back at home, Shadow the German Shepard and Jarvis the Border Collie that we miss a lot. We would love the chance to help you look after your animals.

We are also handy and experienced at a lot of things driving and farm related. We can throw our hand to any work you have for us whether it be fencing, painting, gurneying, whippersnipping, hedge cutting, rounding up cattle, driving tractors.. you name it and we'll get it done!

We are experienced in the care of dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, ponies, birds, cattle, sheep, goats and alpacas. We can also do landscaping and painting.
Emma is experienced in ATV driving, buggy driving, tractor driving, medication administration to animals and managing guest accommodation.
Ed is experienced with ATV driving, buggy driving, pest control, fencing, irrigation maintenance, driving tractors with multiple different attachments/trailers and has a forklift licence.
