Hey there!
I'm Emi and I love veggies :). I'm a professional vegetable gardener and as much as I like growing food (vegetables & fruits), I like to cook nice vegan meals. I enjoy to be around people and to be challenged. I love adventures, working in the nature and having an impact on the preservation.
My Spanish is basic but I'm sure we'll find a way to understand each other! I really want to improve it and I'm so happy about all the opportunities to learn more and more!

Plant Knowledge: Organic growing of over 50 vegetable types & several herbs, year – round production, high tunnel &
field production, from seeding to selling
Growing Methods: Hay mulch, green manure, from broadfork and no dig up to plowing, basics of market garden

Machinery: Two wheel tractors, trailers, lawn mowers, forklift with driver licenses & wheeled loader

I really love hiking and exploring the nature. A hobby of mine is discovering which plants are growing around me.
