Description
Hej-Hi-Aloha-Moin,

I'm Elsa - yes, like the one from Frozen - but I'm not from Scandinavia but Germany and just about to explore Sweden this summer.
After completing my training as a social assistent, a year of volunteering and finally my high school graduation this year, I want to use the month until I start my studies to become more independent, spontaneous and get to know the world in a way that I can only do if I just do it.
And Sweden has always been the country that has fascinated me the most (in its entirety). So I am looking forward to participating in the lives of people who want to share theirs and enjoy nature, culture and - of course - sweet pastries.

Cooking and baking is one of my hobbies at home, as well as hiking, reading in the garden (next to my small bed and my tortoise Mia) and playing mind games like chess or even trickier ones.
I also realy care about the environment and am always looking for ways to support it as much as possible. I would especially love to learn more about the work and protection of wild bees. Maybe that will happen on my upcoming trip....

I've worked a lot with kids during my years of practice and also taken care of the littles in my big family and the household.
Careful and hygienic work as well as preparing food, organizing and working close to people is of course the main part of it. Furthermore we always had dogs and some other pets and farm animals so I enjoy and know how to take care of them.
Finally I'm not the born craftswoman but I've tried to build, cycle up or to repair things myself many times so I know a little about tools and the rest I might get done by logic:D

Elsa was very sweet and helpful. She immediately connected with our young child and did more than she was asked, even when the tasks were outside her comfort zone! She took her own initiative and helped with the washing up every day. Lovely human!
