What motivates us is the opportunity to learn and grow, and to make a positive impact in the world. We're happiest when we're able to connect with people and contribute to their communities in a meaningful way. We find joy in learning about new cultures, trying new foods, and exploring the natural beauty of our surroundings.

Elise is a great manager in any project because she is passionate and driven to strive for great service. She speaks Dutch, English, French, and some Spanish from her year in Barcelona, and has high-level experience in hospitality having worked in luxury hotels and restaurants. She also has some skills in ceramics and stained glass art.
Jeff has a logical and effective mind, honed in high-level corporate jobs, which makes him an exciting partner for any new endeavor. He speaks Dutch, French, English, and German, and is always eager to learn new things. He has recently quit his job to explore his creative side and pursue his athletic aspirations like surfing, yoga and rock climbing. Jeff has high energy and is up for anything you suggest. He wants to learn more practical, technical skills to broaden his horizons.
