Hi, I’m Eef!

After working as a social worker in mental health care and beeing a football (soccer) player in the Netherlands, I’m on an adventure to find a new meaning in life. That’s why I quitted my job and came to South America.

I am a relaxed and easygoing guy who is need an punctual. I like to help people in any way possible. Being active, connecting with nature and animals is what really moves me.

Skills:
Due to my work as a social worker in mental health care I’m used to work with people, knowing how to understand and take care of them. Therefore I’m able to handel stress very well and stay calm to find a solution in any situation.

Allongside my study and work as a social worker, I was playing football (soccer) for 10 years at the highest amature level in the Netherlands and played professional for 2 years aswell. I think that shows a great level of commitment and perseverance.

During my travels I've worked in 3 different places as a volunteer so far. I've worked outside in the garden, helped with construction work and did some cleaning. Besides that I've worked at a huskyfarm for 5 months were I helped out with taking care of and training the dogs, aswell as doing tours with tourists.
