Hi, I’m Eef!

After working as a social worker in mental health care and beeing a football (soccer) player in the Netherlands, I’m on an adventure to find a new meaning in life. That’s why I quitted my job and came to South America.

I am a relaxed and easygoing guy who is need an punctual. I like to help people in any way possible. Being active, connecting with nature and animals is what really moves me.

I’m looking forward creating new memmories! ✌🏻

Due to my work as a social worker in mental health care I’m used to work with people, knowing how to understand and take care of them. Therefore I’m able to handel stress very well and stay calm to find a solution in any situation.

Allongside my study and work as a social worker, I was playing football (soccer) for 10 years at the highest amature level in the Netherlands and played professional for 2 years aswell. I think that shows a great level of commitment and perseverance. Football has always been a big part of my life.

During my travels I've worked in different places as a volunteer. I've worked outside in the garden and did some forest restoration in the mountains, helped with construction work and did some hostel/cabin cleaning. Besides that I've worked at a huskyfarm for 5 months were I helped out with taking care of and training the dogs, aswell as doing tours with tourists.

I've stayed for 11 days at Noya's place and really enjoyed the calmness of beeing in nature, surrounded by great views and lovely animals!
