Hi,
I am Elise.
I am a PhD student currently travelling in Iceland for a conference. I am seizing the opportunity to explore and experience this wonderful country (exchange with locals (or not), explore nature and learn from the people met).
I grew up in a very pro-active environment with parents keeping busy with many projects, especially DIY. I enjoy working with my hands as much as with my head!
The work could take many different forms: gardening, herbal medicine, food conservation, adventures, taking care of one… I am a quick learners, curious and reliable.
I can help French, English, Spanish and i would love to pick up some basic Icelandic (I used to debate on whether or not to learn Norwegian).
I love to have some enlightenment from others cultures wisdom: sure is much of it here in the remote island of Iceland.
I had very good workways experience in the past and I am looking forward to the next!
