Hello! My name is Dustin. I'm an awning installer, musician, and traveler. On my time off, I love to experience different cultures and learn how others experience life. I'm grateful to have travelled to 20+ countries so far. I’m a relaxed person and easy to get along with. One of my main goals, both in Workaway and in life, is to make the people around me feel loved and appreciated.

My biggest passion is playing piano and synthesizers. Traveling and music go hand in hand for me because I enjoy listening and discovering new sounds from different locations. I also enjoy hiking and being in nature. I live in a desert, and that comes with beautiful landscapes, but I especially enjoy spending time near and in forests. Lastly, I enjoy learning Hungarian. I am a beginner, but I'm working on becoming a citizen in the future.

I specialize in retractable awnings and outdoor drop shades, which means I’ve picked up a lot of different skills. Some of these include painting, patching holes, general handyman work, cleaning anything indoors or outdoors, power washing, working with wood, and customer service. I’ve also learned a lot about how things are engineered and installed around the home.

I enjoy taking on new challenges that a job or host might throw my way. Even if it's something I’ve never done before, I love learning new things and am determined to finish what I start.

I also have experience with dogs and love animals in general. If you need help with training, walking, or taking care of them, I’d be very very happy to help!
