Hello everyone!

We are Paola and Quentin, a young French couple who have just graduated in design. We have decided to embark on a new adventure by spending a year abroad in Ireland, to get away from the daily grind and get back to basics. After several years of intense study, we want to develop our personal skills, learn more about ourselves and get back to the essentials. Curious and enthusiastic, we can't wait to explore Irish culture, its unique architecture and fascinating legends.

Both passionate about art in all its forms, we love to observe, create and learn. A country boy at heart, Quentin grew up surrounded by cats, dogs and cows! He particularly enjoys video games and team sports, especially volleyball. Paola is very athletic and passionate about fitness, weight training and dance. She also enjoys crafts, cooking and spending time outdoors.

Always smiling, we are positive, generous and caring. We show empathy and are fully committed to everything we do. A bit perfectionist, we love a job well done! Our curiosity and open-mindedness drive us to discover new passions and learn more about local lifestyles and products. This experience in Ireland is a wonderful opportunity for us to grow, exchange ideas and contribute positively to the projects that will welcome us.

In September, we completed our master's degree in communication, which we studied alongside our work experience: Quentin in UX/UI design, Paola in art direction and graphic design. This experience allowed us to strengthen our creative and manual skills. We are independent, rigorous, organised and pay great attention to detail. Curious and motivated, we love learning new things and know how to adapt to any situation.

Like a pair of mismatched socks, we are a couple with different but very complementary personalities:

Paola, the city girl:
- I love manual activities and DIY. Never far from my pencils or coloured paper, I spent hours filling bags with origami and the family cellar with paintings. I often helped my father with odd jobs, especially painting, and, as a graduate in interior design, I am passionate about decoration. I also enjoy helping my mother in her vegetable garden. I am athletic and enjoy weight training and fitness at home, running, dancing, and I rode horses for three years. This gives me discipline and unwavering motivation in my daily life. Finally, I am passionate about healthy cooking and love to entertain and prepare delicious meals, much to the delight of my partner!

Quentin, the country bread:
- I often help my family with typical country chores: collecting wood, mowing the lawn, lighting the fire, weeding, walking the dogs. I appreciate simplicity and getting straight to the point. I also worked for a year in carpentry, where I created 3D plans, interior design projects, and laser-cut signage.

We can't wait to set off on our adventure, discover the richness of Ireland, and participate in projects such as ethical and sustainable agriculture, animal husbandry, and animal care.

What else ...

We love the board game nights we organise for every birthday. We do ballroom dancing as a couple, a real passion we've developed together! And we can't do without dark chocolate.
