Aloha! I'm Domi, nice to meet you :) I live in a beautiful town, Třebíč (you can try to say it:)), for almost 2 years. In 2017, after I finished my English studies, I went to work&travel programme to Michigan, USA. I always loved English language and I found this a perfect way to practice. After the programme was over, I realised I didn't want to go back home. I was traveling around Hawaiian Islands and at one point, the island Kauai somehow got me. In such a strong way that I stayed there for 5 years and build a family there :) I realized I really love meeting new people, crossing my own boundaries and accept new challenges. After those beautiful 5 years, however, we decided to come back to Czech (where my partner comes from) because of our families. However, I feel like the Island life is The Way for us and so now I am looking for an opportunity here. To escape the cold winters and get enough vitamin D somewhere by the shore with my little sunshine Emília (2years old ) :)
My partner has a stable job in Czech so I plan on traveling with just Emi. She is a perfect golden Hawaiian chill-out kid! We love visiting farms and taking care of all kinds of animals, especially dogs, cats aaand horses. She loves to ride :) .. We work in our garden every day and she loves to dig and play around. We aren't afraid of anything and we are very humble:)
I am willing to take on more than necessary to cover the work. Communication is the key :) I believe that everything happens for a reason. We meet certain people for a reason. It might work for us, all we need to do is try :)

After finishing my English studies, in 2017, I jumped right into the practice and moved from Slovakia to Hawaii where I lived and worked for 5 years. My work included all kinds of responsibilities.
I started as a nanny, I watched a little 10month old baby named Coco. Throughout those 5 years we became besties and I watched her regularly 2-3 times per week- sometimes with her older brothers or even with friends, at home or at parties. Picking her up from preschool, making breakfast, lunch, dinner, going to the beach, dance class, sleepovers...
After couple of weeks of doing just babysitting, Coco's mother (since she owned a cleaning business) added couple of hours of housekeeping to my schedule. Her company included several airbnb apartments (around 10) and a few fancy villas at the beach. She was a very detail-oriented person and required very deep, thorough clean after every guest. I was always a very tidy person so we liked each other and I understood the rules very clearly. After a while of her watching my work, she then let me do the last check-ups before the guest check-ins. That helped her focus a little bit more on family and I was happily managing the cleanings and airbnbs. I think communication is the key to everything. I am also very adaptive. When there was no work (covid times), my boss's husband owned a landscaping business and we agreed that I would work for him until there is more airbnb managing work for me. Except that, I also used to do landscaping work with my partner (during weekends). I love to work outside and making everything look pretty. :)

I love meditating and doing yoga! I am a certified yoga instructor and I am happy to lead a yoga class anywhere, the best by the beach :)
