I move around frequently and love the constant change that comes with travel. Born and raised in Canada, I've spent most of my time on the East Coast and West Coast in school, working in restaurants, performing (music), and tree planting. I am passionate about food and our planet; my latest jobs were cooking in a Panamanian jungle town 'Kalu Yala' providing farm-to-table meals for the community (so much fun to be apart of something as big as this!), and cooking at a backcountry lodge high up in the Rocky Mountains of British Columbia 'Lake O'Hara Lodge'. I look forward to finishing up another Yoga Teacher Training this summer to complete my 500 hours Certification.
My passions include cooking, baking, making music (violinist), writing, and working with the Earth. I practice Vipassana meditation and Yoga regularly.
I love gardening and I love animals; I've worked on a property with horses-- I have limited riding experience with them, but would love to work more and learn more from them!
I like hard work, a challenge, and getting my hands dirty.
I'm extremely easy going and love meeting new open-minded people.
