I speak German and English fluently, and have an intermediate level of Spanish that I'm improving every day, which helps me communicate with a wide range of guests. I have previous volunteering experience in hostels, mainly helping with cleaning and general upkeep. I'm also comfortable working in a team, flexible with tasks, and always happy to contribute where needed.
I'm very comfortable interacting with people and genuinely enjoy creating a warm, welcoming environment for guests. I’m confident with reception tasks, whether it’s checking people in, answering questions, or helping them get the most out of their stay. I really enjoy guest communication and engagement, and I’m always happy to strike up a conversation, give recommendations, or help create a friendly hostel vibe.
I also have a background in finance and some marketing knowledge, which can be helpful for tasks like handling bookings, organizing information, or supporting basic social media or promotional activities if needed.
