Currently studying environmental management, I am hoping to volunteer with something related to wildlife, ecology and/or natural systems. Or something near areas such as this.

I have previously been a teaching assistant in a secondary school teaching 11-16 year olds a range of subjects. I have also done warehouse work, labouring, bar tending and waiting on. However I have also done ecology work collecting scientific data for how altitude effects the range of plants in the Himalayas.
My grandfather owned a farm so I was brought up in a farming environment, helping with daily jobs and routines it takes to keep the farm going.

Really beautiful place, three weeks of work to enjoy it all. Three streams run through the property so lots of chances to take a dip and cool off.

Amazing place, amazing family. My trip in China would have been nowhere near as interesting without the help from Lin and his family. I learned a little Chinese and really got a full cultural experience. Definitely a once in a life time opportunity.
It will always be a special place to me. And since the first time I've already returned.

Dave is one of my best friends that I made among all volunteers we host. Really friendly and interesting guy with a lot of humor.
Very good team worker and very helpful always the time.
We shared a lot of ideas and stories during those weeks we stay together on the farm, very unforgettble memory.

My stay on the farm was amazing. The experience I had was more than I could have imagined. Fresh vegetables every day and nice workers.
Dani was such a lovely lady to work for and talk to when I got the chance.
I can't really think of any negatives really. Outstanding experience.
