Hi, I'm Vitaliano, but everyone knows me as Dante.
I am that person who has never liked to stay in the same place for more than a few months, I consider myself an explorer as I always try to go to the least touristy places possible. I am a willing person with a great desire to learn and with an excellent learning ability. I live abroad most of the time, I work especially in the tourism, as hotel or restaurant. I am able to perform manual tasks that require the use of physical force or tasks that require the use of electronic equipment. I have a good knowledge of English, I like to travel and to know new places. I have a passion for photography and video making and that's why I opened my Instagram page where I publish the shots I take when I travel around. I am a friendly person who likes to interact with different cultures. My new project in the latest months it’s to create a group of people for explore around. I created also a new page where I wanna talk about the mythology and folklore as is a my hobby, it’s for that I started to going around exploring this part of culture of country I visit, if you wanna join or just know me better, let’s get in touch!

Over the past 5 years I’ve been traveling and working in hospitality across different countries, gaining experience in hotels, guesthouses, retreats, and restaurants.

I started mainly in the kitchen — from dishwasher and general tasks to assistant cook — and over time I grew into more responsible roles, working as a chef de partie with a focus on desserts and pastry, which is still one of my strongest skills. I’ve worked in à la carte, buffet, and catering environments, and I’m comfortable adapting to different kinds of kitchens.

Alongside this, I’ve developed solid experience in housekeeping and accommodation management. I’ve been involved in the daily organization of guest spaces — cleaning, preparing rooms, maintaining standards, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

In some places, especially in retreat environments, I’ve supported the overall flow of the experience — helping with guest coordination, daily logistics, and the preparation of spaces for activities, ceremonies, and group moments. I understand the importance of timing, attention, and atmosphere in these contexts.

I enjoy taking care of spaces and making them feel welcoming, both for guests and for the team. I’m reliable, adaptable, and used to stepping in wherever needed.

I’m also a hands-on person: I have experience with maintenance, basic renovation, gardening, woodwork, and practical tasks. I learn quickly and I like improving my skills over time.

Outside of work, I’m a photographer and writer — I’ve recently published my novel. I’m passionate about history, nature, and exploring the places where I stay.

I studied telecommunications in Italy, I have a technical diploma in Computer Science and Telecommunications, excellent skills in Informatics resources management, I have experience in video and image editing programs. I have traveled all over Europe, and in the last few months, after being in Oceania, where I explored Māori and Aboriginal culture, I set off on a new adventure to Iceland and Ireland to discover its folklore.
