I’m Danny, I’m 28 years old and from London, UK. I am a very easy-going and open-minded person and I am currently on sabbatical from work to pursue my passion of travelling.

For me travelling is an opportunity not simply to see another country but to experience it deeply through its culture and people. I therefore love immersing myself completely in other countries, through meeting new people and experiencing the unique language and culture offered by different places. This passion of mine has pushed me to live with local families around Europe, the Carribean and South America.

Workaway is therefore well-suited to my personality, I am excited by the thought of working whilst living as a local in a new place, as this is a valuable opportunity to really get to know a place which conventional sightseeing doesn't really allow. I am especially interesting in outdoor Workaways in the countryside to experience a simpler and more wholesome experience in close harmony with nature.

My hobbies include learning languages, literature, music, film sport and cooking recipes from all around the world.

I am a very practical person, I can be hands-on and am therefore not afraid to get my hands dirty. I have experience teaching and in administration.
At the same time, I am quite a creative person. I like to view things from alternative perspectives, formulating new ideas, and using these insights to approach things differently.
I can also communicate effectively through writing and speaking. I especially have good experience in roles dealing with other people.
