Hi, I am a young traveler inspired by making cultural connections and learning more about being of service or cultivating the land in other countries! I have worked in both service and agricultural positions here in the US. I am a diligent worker who is always happy to learn more about whatever I am doing. In my freetime I enjoy meditation, calisthenics, making music, learning languages, reading, and writing poetry. I hope to draw inspiration from my travels to give me a deeper understanding of the world as a whole and what we can do to make it a better place :)
I have recently returned from working for 2 years as a volunteer in Mongolia teaching English and working on community development projects. Through previous Workaways in Colombia I worked at a refugee relief center, translated Spanish to English nature tours in the Amazon, received guests and sold tours at a hostel, and helped with a bioconstruction project.

I have done a little bit of everything at this point. I have worked in tourist, agricultural, and tutoring jobs in the past. I know how to deal with clients calmly and enthusiastically to make sure they are getting good service. I have also worked as a tour guide at an Alaskan Wilderness Lodge and I am currently doing tours at an agro-tourist alpaca farm.
I am strong and have a lot of endurance, so I do not mind physical labor. A lot of my jobs have also included extensive cleaning and organization, so I am quite experienced in janitorial duties.
In addition, I am a skilled writer. I am also fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with working proficiency in Chinese and French. If you need copy-writing materials in foreign languages, I can be your man!
And although I have never worked professionally in a kitchen, I really enjoy cooking! I specialize mostly in vegetarian dishes.

I really like hiking and camping! I try to meditate daily. My calisthenics routine mostly focuses on hand balance techniques. If you would like to learn how to improve your handstand, then I would love to teach you!
