I sold my business in London for some much needed escape from the city, to go volunteer in the South Pacific, where I found a great Workaway in Vanuatu and then Argentina for a few months in 2019. I know from these experiences the value of the Workaway community.
I'm studying a postgraduate masters degree in landscape architecture at the University of Sheffield, I've just finished the first of two years - so I'm looking for an opportunity to use what I've learnt academically and through first hand experience on a real project.
I've written more in the skills section, but I have a large amount of graphic and website deign knowledge from inventing a product and marketing it successfully in the UK.
I have studied in Manchester, and Rome and Madrid on an Erasmus year, and have taught English professionally at an academy. I studied Spanish and Italian Culture and History BA - focusing on society and communities, which I'd love to expand my knowledge of!
I'm a hard worker, I feel work gives me purpose. I love reading and fitness when time allows, and cooking too (also love eating!). To travel, learn a local language, traditions and culture is my absolute passion!
Really looking to be part of a community for the next few months,
Thanks for reading!
