Description
Dear Hosts and Workawayers, my name is Cleo and I look forward to meeting you. I have been on a work&travel trip through Canada since September 2024 and since then I have met many great people and gained valuable experiences. I hope to make more friends and get to know other cultures better.
Family and friends are very important to me! I have 2 younger siblings and I am also very familiar with animals (we have a dog and had rabbits and a cat).
Nature is also very close to my heart. I enjoy being outdoors and doing sports such as hiking, cycling, weight training, swimming and much more. I would love to take my skills such as gardening or cooking to a new level with you through Workaway.
Since I graduated from school in Germany a little over a year ago, I don't have any taught manual skills, but through my work experience at a cleaning company I have collected many different types of cleaning and tidying work and I am convinced of my ability to tackle things.
I would be happy to lend you a hand and spend a great time together.

I would describe myself as a very open and social person. I enjoy working with children and animals and I always try to help other people with a smile. For example, I did an internship at an elementary school (first through fourth grade) and was also a mentor for a 5th grade class at my school.
I have worked in Germany and Canada mainly as a waiter and helped a little in the kitchen. Just over the last year I have found cooking as a hobby for myself and I can take care of myself and others very well, but I look forward to every single tip and new recipes in the kitchen:)
I have gained some basic experience in dealing with plants in our own garden, either by watching my parents or doing it myself, and I would love to learn from others in the field of gardening.
In my work as a cleaner I have learned many cleaning skills. Whether in new-build apartments, hotels, schools, supermarkets or even on building sites, I have cleaned and cleared everywhere. Accordingly, lifting heavy loads is no problem for me.
I am also in possession of a driver's license.
