Hello! My name is Clémence, a 22-year-old from the south of France. I am fluent in French and English, (though I need to expand my vocabulary).

I have a deep passion for manual and creative activities, particularly in renovation and construction projects. I find great satisfaction in contributing to a project's journey from conception to completion.

I grew up in an ecological house with a dry toilet and a boiler stove that heats the entire home using local wood. My family house is built from bio-based materials such as raw earth, lime, straw, and wood, reflecting a deep respect for the environment. It would be a true pleasure to contribute to a project that shares these values and this commitment to sustainability.
My enthusiasm and organizational skills drive me to fully engage in every effort I undertake.

Cooking is another of my passions; I enjoy exploring new recipes and sharing delightful meals.
My desire to immerse myself in new cultures and learn foreign languages has led me to join the Workaway community. I am especially interested in participating in renovation and construction projects, as well as assisting in shops or hotels. These experiences will allow me to interact with diverse individuals and enrich my personal journey.

I am currently travelling following a four-month train journey from Paris, crossing Russia, Mongolia, China, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. This adventure presents an ideal opportunity to engage with various cultures, contribute to local projects, and share authentic experiences with the people I meet along the way.

When I'd back in France, I plan to pursue training in mural decoration, focusing on the use of ecological materials. This aligns with my commitment to environmentally friendly practices and my aspiration to create aesthetic, sustainable spaces.

Beyond my professional interests, I enjoy hiking, discovering new landscapes, and connecting with people. Cooking remains a cherished hobby, as does exploring new cultures and traditions.

I am a positive, sociable individual, always ready to dive in new projects. My enthusiasm and willingness to help motivate me to give my best in every experience.
