Description
Hey there! My name is Claudia, but most people call me Cloud. I’m 24 years old and from Brisbane, Australia. After living in the city for most of my life, I felt called to expand my horizons and my comfort zone and explore the continent I was born on as well as the world. I am drawn to new experiences, alternative ways of living and learning from and helping others.

I am passionate about the earth and all of it’s life and am eager to learn new ways to reduce harm and live harmoniously. I value spiritual practice and creative expression and love being in nature, meeting new people and being challenged to learn and grow.

I have professional experience in the hospitality industry, working with children, community organising and the arts and have been doing work exchange on and off since February 2022. I feel that I'm able to make connections with all walks of life and I treasure the opportunity to live and work amongst nature and different ways of being.

I enjoy taking on immersive and hands on roles amongst different landscapes and communities. I have volunteered previously in bush regeneration and gardening, community organising, housekeeping and cleaning, customer service, caring for animals, teaching English to children, cooking for large groups and building art installations, all in a variety of cities, countries and communities.

I am determined to give anything a go and give everything my all whether that’s indoor or outdoor work, collaborative or independent. I look forward to seeing how the adventures will unfold!

I have taught English to children as a volunteer previously in Nepal and greatly enjoyed the experience. I love learning bits of different languages in my travels and really want to get better at speaking Italian!
