Hi there! 😊

We’re Claire and Adrien, a French couple curious about the world and the people in it.
For us, traveling is about adventure — stepping out of the comfort zone, discovering new cultures, and meeting people with inspiring stories and experiences. It’s one of the best ways to stay open-minded and grow together.

We are used to travel and stay with a host. We are respectful about people and places. We are reliable and you can count on us. If we commit, we'll come and seriously accomplish our duties.

We love nature and being outdoors. Hiking is one of our favorite activities — we enjoy the challenge, the beauty of the landscapes, and the feeling of freedom it brings. Adrien is also passionate about music and sound — and has been creating music for years. He works as a sound and lighting engineer . Claire works as an assistant hotel manager and loves organization, hospitality, and creating welcoming spaces for others.

We care deeply about the planet. We're interested in ecology, mindful living, reducing waste and consumption, and embracing a lifestyle aligned with degrowth. We do our best to live in a way that’s simple, conscious, and respectful of this beautiful Earth.

Yes, definitely! We’d be happy to help others learn French — it's our native language. We speak English comfortably, but we’re always looking to improve and become more fluent, especially during our time abroad. We also have a basic level of Spanish and would love to keep practicing and learning more whenever we get the chance.

We’re both practical, hands-on people who enjoy helping out and learning new things along the way.

We have experience with a variety of tasks such as gardening, cooking, cleaning, organizing, and taking care of a home. Claire has been managing a small hotel in France, so she’s very comfortable with keeping spaces clean, welcoming, and well-organized.

Together, we’ve also done light renovation work on our home — including painting, small repairs, furniture assembly and general improvements — and we really enjoyed it!

Adrien also has a background in sound engineering and music — he’s creative, precise, and used to working on both technical and artistic projects.

We’re happy to contribute wherever help is needed — indoors or outdoors — and we always do our best to be reliable, respectful, and positive.

What else ...

We’re both involved in local associations in France — volunteering is something that’s important to us, and we enjoy being part of community projects whenever we can.

In our free time, we enjoy board game nights with friends and love escape rooms — we never say no to a good challenge! We also like staying active: sports, and kayaking when we get the chance. We also practise meditation and yoga.

Adrien enjoys climbing and playing music, while Claire loves reading (mostly thrillers and detective stories) and drawing.

We’re always curious and open to new hobbies and experiences!
