Description

My name is Lisa and I am 53 years young! I have travelled the world for 10 years before settling down and becoming a registered nurse.
I have worked with animals and owned horses, sheep, hens, cats, dogs and looked after camels, donkeys whilst working in Australia. We have a well behave geriatric dog called Dino who likes a quiet life now and is quite happy chilling out in our Campervan when we travel he is no bother.
Geoff is 68 going on 28 and very active walking 5 miles at least a day and always on the go. He worked many years on the forestry commission and has been a professional body builder in his hey day!!! He has owned ferrets, dogs and is a keen fisherman. Loves to play pool and is in the local team and plays the guitar in his spare time too. He worked for 6 months recently as a kitchen assistant in a local cafe until it sadly closed.
Geoff is retired and I am taking early retirement January 2025 and we plan to sell both our houses and move up to Scotland. In the meantime we would like to travel and work our way around Scotland in the hope we meet new people, make new memories and share good times with the locals where ever we go. We have been to Scotland several times and will be house hunting along our journey.
Please don’t be put off by our ages we are as fit as most 20 year olds we know and have a lifetime of experiences and skills to share with all

I am currently a registered nurse and have been for 24 years. I have travelled the world prior to this and worked in animal care, bars, catering and general hospitality. I have worked with children in America and taught swimming lessons to children whilst I was a lifeguard. My most exciting job has been in America working for a travelling teaching circus school. I am a keen scuba diver and at present do a lot of performing art roles in my spare time. I love travelling in my Campervan with my best friend and soul mate Geoff. We love attending festivals and meeting new people from all circles of life.
We are looking forward to life on the road full time until we find the house we want to buy in Scotland
Geoff worked most of his life on the forestry commission felling and planting trees and has been a professional body builder in his day. He gave up work to care for his mother when she had a stroke and dedicated his life then to caring for her. He has experience of looking after ferrets as well as playing the guitar. He has owned a few dogs over the years and currently looks after my dog whilst I am at work. He loves to play pool in his spare time and plays for the local team. He is a keen fisherman and spent many years fly tieing.
