Travelling
Description
I owned and ran a cafe/bakery for 26 years and loved it but am now ready for something different!
I was born in London England but grew up in Vancouver BC. I spent a year traveling in a van around Europe, with my Mom and sister when I was a teenager, and again with a friend when I was 19. I want to travel but I don't want to be a tourist, I like to get to know, and be a part of the community and I like to be busy.
I have owned and ridden, and looked after horses since 2006, also competed in low level eventing and show jumping. I just retired my mare and want to continue to make horses a part of my life.
I am easy going, get along with people, I'm fit and strong and am most happy in the barn, be that cleaning stalls, grooming, setting jumps, riding or just hanging out with the horses.Interests

More details about your skills
I have owned and renovated several houses.
Designed and built the insides of 2 of the locations of the cafe I owned and ran for 26 years.
I have done most things around a barn, worked as a groom for my trainer and ridden quite a bit on different horses.
I spent a year developing products and setting up a production facility for a company that makes horse supplements and calming treats for horses, dogs and humans.
I love taking an idea or project and finding a way to make it work and getting it done!Age
