As my children grow older and one by one leave the nest, and as a newly separated person, I find my life is full of possibilities (as well as challenges!). I love exploring, learning and meeting new people. I am passionate about sustainable living, healthy eating, connecting with nature, spirituality and small businesses.

I am originally half English (from London) and half French (from South of France) and moved to Toronto 4 years ago. I have lived in a variety of places including Paris, London, South Africa and Saudi Arabia! The craziest thing I've done is drive from Johannesburg to London in an old Land Rover with my boyfriend at the time. I live a tamer life now but still get itchy feet.

I have an entrepreneurial background, and have started and grown a couple of businesses. I have recently completed a documentary photography course and would like to do more of that, I particularly enjoy capturing artisans at work or the behind-the-scenes of small businesses.

As an ex-entrepreneur myself and now freelancing and working with a wide range of small businesses (mostly food-related), I have experience in many aspects of running a small business including management, marketing, sales, and in depth knowledgeable of setting up and managing online stores and selling online. I love the world of retail, from small market stalls to Main Street shops. I have experience in social media (wouldn't say I'm an expert though) and have studied documentary photography and can offer product photography as well as capturing the behind the scenes of a business which can then be used for marketing and social media purposes. I'd like to spend more time outdoors and in nature and did manage one WOOF week at an organic snail farm in France so like to think I can be versatile and adaptable even if not very experienced!
