Hey there! I'm a friendly, adventurous soul who's spent seven years traveling the world in my 20s, and I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work with a professional rugby team for 12 years. After living in the USA for 11 years, I moved back to South Africa, where I opened my own wellness business. Now, I’m excited to take a step back and focus on what truly fills me up: traveling, meeting new people, and embracing life’s adventures.

I’m all about fun, laughter, and positivity, and I bring a range of skills to the table that I’m eager to share and put into action during my Workaway experience. I was also an English Teacher in China for ages 5 years old right up to University Students. I’m ready to jump in and make the most of the opportunity. Looking forward to connecting, learning, and sharing some good times together! I am tidy, considerate, very active person and a great team player - always keen to get stuck in and help!! I am very good with customer service, child care, animals, events, hospitality, planning and dabbled with gardening. I am a holistic health coach so nutrition, exercise, and healing naturally from ANYTHING is my passion. I will basically be your own private healthcare adviser, if you like. I will also be coming with my own red light devices that work wonders on animals and humans alike; anything from bruises, pain, inflammation, muscle tears to detoxing, relaxing and anti-aging.
