Hello!
I'm a 21yo French student from Nantes who decided taking a gap year to hopefully reach Latin America sailing, and then explore the continent until summer 2024!

I'm looking forward to meeting new people and having fun, honest, or passionate discussions :) I'm studying political science and what I've been learning is that every subject can lead to an enthralling and eye-opening talk! Living and traveling with unknown people is what I truly love, I know how to be accommodating, caring, helpful, or witty when needed! Moreover, I like exchanging in different languages such as French, English, Spanish and I've started learning Italian as well:)
I want to learn new skills or even languages during this year, I'd be very happy to learn from you!

More details about my language interests
I've been learning English for about 10 years now! I also studied some British literature and US/UK civilisation I can share. I think I could be teaching some English in a fun and not too academic way :) Besides, my Spanish is good but I need to reactivate it and talk again. I'm super interested in Latin America's history as well, and wish to learn more of it. I love the Italian language but for now I just know about some sentences, even though I understand most of it as I'm French and speak Spanish!

This year I've been volunteering with children in France: helping them for their homework, playing, trying to teach them a bit of English/Spanish, and also realising a tiny podcast with the and other volunteers. I had so much fun doing this, I've learned a lot from this experience and I'd like to continue those type of project!
Talking, communicating, asking questions are my best skills I would say ahah! This is why I love learning new languages but for now I'm good at English and Spanish but I'm always open to learn a new language :)
I like working in nature and for example harvesting in France last summer was one of my best experience! As long as I can talk with some people and enjoy nature, I will do any kind of work even if it can be boring repetitive and demanding!
