Bonjour, Guten Tag, Hello, Holà, Dober dan, Buongiorno....

We’re Mathilde and Mark, and we’ve been as free as the wind since mid-May. We both quit our jobs (Mathilde was a psychiatric nurse, and Mark a fall protection instructor) and left our apartment to live in Gisèle, our beloved LT 28!
A quick introduction…

I’m Mathilde, I’m 27, and I’m French. I lived in Germany for two and a half years, and then I had enough. I love discovering new things. I go rock climbing, I love cooking with only fresh ingredients, I love coffee, crocheting, I’m very interested in human behavior, but I also love the simplicity of nature and, above all, freedom. I love learning new things (like wiring the bus). I speak French and German, and I’m improving my English every day.

As for Mark, he’s German and 30 years old. He describes himself as a handyman (built Gisèle's furniture), he loves knots and ties them everywhere. Spent a summer on a sailboat, that helps! Of course, he also goes rock climbing and hopes to become a tree trimmer after our trip. He’s funny and very generous. He has an eye for detail and appreciates the finer things. He speaks German and English fluently and is learning French.

We’re so excited to take on new challenges, help with meaningful projects, and meet down-to-earth, open-minded people. Respect for others and for animals is very important to us.

We’ve both lived abroad and can adapt very easily.
