Hello! My name is Su and im currently a doctor working in the hospital in the UK. I'm a 4th generation Malaysian and ethnically Indian so you can say im a melting pot of culture :)

Since working in a covid ward years ago, I've become extremely burnt out and have become more concious to take time off off clinical medicine to do something i enjoy very much.

When I was younger, I used to backpack a lot, months at a time, year after year for almost 10 years. I would couchsurf, stay at hostels, hitchhike, camp and the list goes on. Now at the age of 29, I prefer staying longer at a place and workaway seems like the perfect opportunity for it.

I'm hardworking, organised and have problem solving skills (much needed in my field of work). I love working with animals especially horses! I also enjoy cooking and can cook so many differrent dishes from different cultures.
