Hi, my name is Brad, I live and work in Doncaster as a Postman, I’m looking for adventures that can teach me new skills and show me different ways to live.

I have a German shepherd/Rottweiler called Chase, I’ve lovingly confided in him for 5 years and he still hasn’t said a word back.

I like to play guitar, read and practice calisthenics and Jiu jitsu/wrestling.

I have steadily been learning more and more spanish over the last few years and I take any chance I can to use it.

I’m very relaxed and easy going, I don’t expect an awful lot from a host as I’m used to sleeping in hostels and wild camping and generally being independent.

I love to write songs and play guitar,
I enjoy teaching and have quite a large amount of experience whether it’s english language, music or sports.
I’m not too bad in the garden and have previous experience in log splitting with an axe from other workaways.
I love to work outdoors especially planting and pruning trees.
I can speak enough Spanish to get by when I need to but I’m far from fluent.

I stayed with Tatjana for just over a week and in that time I learnt so much. I had a chance to try new skills like woodcutting and some garden maintenance but I also found some valuable lessons in talking to Tatjana as she is very knowledgeable and well read. This is a great place to learn, relax and get closer to nature. Thanks Tatjana.

If you are lucky enough to have Brad asking you about volunteering at your place don't hesitate, even if you usually accept only people who are 23 or older. You won't reget it. He will work independently or together with you, and if you show him a new skill he will stick to it until he is good at it.
