After finishing a Permaculture course in Australia, I discovered a new way of living that I can’t wait to explore further. I believe volunteering on different farms around the world is one of the best ways to truly learn—not only about permaculture, but also about the various natural farming methods used in different regions.
I love gardening and spending time in nature, whether it’s walking, watching animals, or just soaking it all in.
My goal is to have a farm in the future where I can grow my own food and serve it to people, while applying different techniques to be as sustainable as possible.
I’m really into baking and fermenting (I'm currently getting into cheesemaking), and I enjoy making everything from scratch. It brings me special joy when the ingredients come from my own garden.
Besides cooking, I love reading—especially cookbooks—and I’m a big animal lover.
What makes me happiest are food, traveling and exploring, and spending time with friends.Languages
