Description
Hello👋, my name is Anton, i come from Denmark, and i am soon gonna visit Japan for 5 months.
I recently went to folk-highschool in Denmark, where i learned a lot about sustainabillity, permaculture, beekeeping brewing and much more! I also met my girlfriend, who is from Japan and who i am gonna visit with this trip. we have experience from earlier doing workaway in Norway.
During this last year i feel like my eyes have been opened to the world of travelling and adventure during my stay at folk highschool. I have experienced Hitch Hiking across Denmark multiple times, and enjoyed the kindness of strangers to help you along the way, and give you a place to sleep. I am very facinated by how cheaply you can create adventures and travel the world (or just your own country!) if you just dare to compromise on the luxury and trust the people you meet along the way.
I have a lot of hobbies. i like:
Woodcarving/Woodworking
Brewing wine and kombucha
Knifemaking (i have an instagram dedicated to my knives, called antonkistrupknives)
Beekeeping
Making ceramics
Reading
Running and sports
Cooking (i recently made Ramen)
Creative videogames
Planting and growing stuff (like mushrooms)
Hitch hiking (is that even a hobby??)
I have learned a lot about permaculture and beekeeping, but i dont do it myself yet.
This spring i am travelling aroud Japan and i would love to do some workaway as it is an facinating way to experience another culture and spend time with interesting people in another country!
I am 23 years old and up to really any tasks i might be given!
