Description
Hello friends! Thank you so much for taking the time to read my profile. I'm so excited to meet all you lovely, interesting people! I’ve been living a nomadic life since graduating with my Bachelor’s in 2023 (Biology Major). My employment is usually contract/seasonal – I’ve done a little of everything from working as a helmsman on the Mississippi River, to adventure guiding in Alaska. I absolutely love this lifestyle because the positions offer incredible adventures in and of themselves and they allow me time to travel abroad for several months out of the year.
I have really enjoyed Workaway because it offers a much more immersive and rich experience than opting for typical tourist accommodation. I love that it gives me the opportunity to contribute to the places I visit and build genuine connections with locals/my hosts. I have a wide range of skills and experiences to bring to the table, as well as a very strong work ethic, so I’m sure we can find some projects to make my stay worthwhile for you! You can also rest assured that I am a very positive, easy-going, drama-free kind of person that intends to be a very clean and respectful houseguest.
I can’t wait to become emersed into your world; to become familiar with your culture, way of life, and unique perspectives.
